Frequently asked questions
What to know before you start.
Clear answers about estimates, plans, subscriptions, nutrition tracking, privacy, and platform availability.
Are photo estimates exact?
No. Photo results are estimates. Bilan shows an estimated range and lets you review foods, portions, calories, and available nutrition details.
How does Bilan begin?
Open Bilan from the App Store, complete Goal to Plan, and choose monthly or annual subscription access. Then snap a meal, review the calorie range, and see tonight's balance.
Does everyone receive a calorie target?
No. A calorie target appears only when the selected path and safety inputs support one. People can also choose to track nutrition without selecting a weight goal.
Can Bilan track protein and macros?
Bilan can show protein, carbohydrates, and fat when the underlying meal and account data support them. It does not promise a prescribed protein target for every user.
What does Bilan calorie agent do?
Bilan calorie agent uses your plan and logged day to provide general-wellness guidance about meals, patterns, and training basics. It is not medical care.
How does the subscription work?
Bilan access is available for $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year through Apple. Apple shows the localized price, renewal terms, and any introductory offer your Apple ID is eligible for before purchase.
Does Bilan connect to Apple Health?
Yes. Apple Health connections are optional and read-only. You choose which supported information Bilan may read.
Is Bilan available on Android?
Not yet. Bilan is on iPhone today. Android is coming soon.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Account-data export and account deletion are available from Privacy and Data in the app.
